Love taking the kids here every summer! So much history in one building. I like that the admission fee is by donation so no matter your financial situation you can also enjoy this step back in time. Definitely recommend stopping in at the Fred Light!
Was very interesting. Really enjoyed the school room, who knew there were so many rules for the school teacher. Today's teachers would be hooped.
They have a scavenger hunt game with prizes which kept my 6 year old busy and excited while we looked through the museum. There was a weird smell which Im guessing comes from the artifacts but it was not so overpowering to discourage visiting.
Clean, well laid out, tonnes of interest artifacts. Staff was friendly.
Lovely staff and nice establishment. Great affordable attraction with loads of history. Even saw a photo of my grandmother in elementary within this museum.
